Council Regulation (EEC) No 1567/92 of 15 June 1992 on a second emergency measure to supply food products to the population of Albania article 5 CELEX: 31992R1567 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
