1. The resources available for commitments from the EMFF, for the period 2014 to 2020, concerning measures under direct management as specified in Chapters I to III of Title VI shall be EUR 647 275 400 in current prices. 2. For the purposes of Chapters I and II of Title VI, the indicative distribution of funds between the objectives set out in Articles 82 and 85, is set out in Annex III. 3. The Commission may depart from the indicative percentages referred to in paragraph 2 by no more than 5 % of the value of the financial envelope in each case. 4. The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts, in accordance with Article 126, adjusting the percentages set out in Annex III. |
