1. The costs associated with the development, integration and operation of EU CSW-CERTEX and its interfaces with Union non-customs systems shall be borne by the general budget of the Union. 2. Each Member State shall bear the costs incurred in relation to the development, integration and operation of its national single window environment for customs and the connection of its national single window environment for customs with EU CSW-CERTEX. |
