Council Regulation (EEC) No 3037/90 of 9 October 1990 on the statistical classification of economic activities in the European Community article 11 CELEX: 01990R3037-20080101 1. There will be a transitional period starting on 1 January 1993 and ending on 31 December 1994. During this period the Commission may, for certain data collected after 1 January 1993, authorize a Member State, on the basis of duly substantiated technical or operational reasons, to use a classification other than that provided for under Article 3. 2. The Commission may extend the transitional period at the request of a Member State. |
