The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 152 supplementing this Regulation with requirements additional to those laid down in this Section concerning: (a) the obligation of Member States to notify the Commission annually of the number of beehives in their territory laid down in Article 55(7); (b) a definition of ‘beehive’ and methods for calculating the number of beehives; (c) the minimum Union contribution to the expenditure related to the implementation of the types of intervention and interventions referred to in Article 55. |
