Regulation (EU) 2021/2303 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2021 on the European Union Agency for Asylum and repealing Regulation (EU) No 439/2010 article 29 CELEX: 32021R2303 Information exchange systems
1. The Agency shall facilitate the exchange of information relevant to its tasks with the Commission, the Member States and, where appropriate, the relevant Union bodies, offices and agencies. 2. The Agency shall, in cooperation with the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (eu-LISA), established by Regulation (EU) 2018/1726 of the European Parliament and of the Council , develop and operate an information system capable of exchanging classified information in accordance with Council Decision 2013/488/EU and Commission Decision (EU, Euratom) 2015/444 and personal data as referred to in Articles 31 and 32 of this Regulation with the actors referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article. |
