The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, lay down rules concerning the types of transporters that may be exempted by Member States from the registration requirement in accordance with Article 86, on the basis of:
the distances over which they transport the ungulates in question; and
the categories, species and number of ungulates which they transport. |
