1. The Office shall ensure that any person is able to easily download from the Union register, in a machine-readable format and free of charge, an official extract that provides proof of registration of the geographical indication, and other relevant data, including the date of application or other date relevant for claiming priority. The official extract may be used as an authentic certificate. 2. The Commission shall adopt implementing acts specifying the format and online presentation of extracts from the Union register. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 68(2). |
