Council Regulation (EEC) No 2155/91 of 20 June 1991 laying down particular provisions for the application of Articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation on direct insurance other than life assurance article 3 CELEX: 31991R2155 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
