6. By 8 May 2025, the Commission shall adopt a delegated act in accordance with Article 20 to supplement this Regulation by specifying: (a) the means by which an RRM is to fulfil the obligation referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article; (b) the specific organisational requirements for the implementation of paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article; (c) the details concerning the process of withdrawing an authorisation of an RRM referred to in paragraph 5 of this Article; (d) the procedural safeguards referred to in paragraph 4 of this Article; (e) the details concerning the process of orderly substitution referred to in paragraph 5 of this Article; (f) the detailed arrangements for informing market participants of a decision to withdraw the authorisation of an RRM. |
