1. The share of loans granted to the three Member States representing the largest share of the loans granted shall not exceed 60 per cent of the maximum amount referred to in Article 5. 2. The amounts due by the Union in a given year shall not exceed 10 per cent of the maximum amount referred to in Article 5. 3. Where necessary, the Commission may roll over the associated borrowings contracted on behalf of the Union. |
