1. Subject to Article 29 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, the Commission shall adopt implementing acts approving the operational programme. 2. For the purpose of adopting the implementing acts referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, the Commission shall examine whether the measures referred to in point (b)(ii) of Article 18(1) are likely to effectively remove the overcapacity identified. |
