1. Contribution from the Participating States shall consist of the following financial contributions: (a) co-financing of the selected Eurostars-2 projects through relevant national forms of funding, mainly through grants. The Commission may use the established grant equivalence rules for the valuation of the contributions from the Participating States in forms other than grants; (b) financial contribution to the administrative costs of Eurostars-2 not covered by the Union contribution as set out in Article 5(3). 2. Each Participating State shall designate a National Funding Body (NFB) to administer financial support to the national participants in Eurostars-2 in accordance with Article 8. |
