Council Regulation (EEC) No 2335/92 of 7 August 1992 on an emergency measure to supply food products to the populations of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania article 5 CELEX: 31992R2335 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
