1. The Commission shall monitor, where available, the results of on-road tests performed within the framework of Regulation (EC) No 595/2009 to verify the CO2 emissions and fuel consumption of new heavy-duty vehicles. 2. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 17 in order to supplement this Regulation by specifying the data to be reported by the competent authorities of the Member States for the purposes of paragraph 1 of this Article. |
