Regulation (EU) 2024/2803 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 on the implementation of the Single European Sky (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) article 13 CELEX: 32024R2803 Establishment and role of the Performance Review Board
1. An independent and impartial advisory Performance Review Board (PRB) is hereby established. The PRB shall be represented by its chair and supported by a secretariat. 2. The role of the PRB shall be to assist the Commission to carry out the tasks of the Commission related to the detailed functioning of the performance and charging schemes laid down in Articles 21 to 27 and in Articles 29 to 32, respectively, as well as under Article 34, and in the implementing acts referred to in Articles 28 and 33. For this purpose, the PRB shall provide opinions, recommendations, guidance material and reports to the Commission, in line with the priorities defined by the Commission. 3. The PRB shall issue guidance material to support national supervisory authorities, and, upon request, assist those authorities for the implementation of the performance and charging schemes. |
