Decision No 573/2014/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on enhanced cooperation between Public Employment Services (PES) Text with EEA relevance article 1 CELEX: 02014D0573-20210101 Establishment of the Network
A Union-wide network of Public Employment Services (PES) (the ‘Network’) is hereby established for the period from 1 January 2021 until 31 December 2027. The Network shall carry out the initiatives laid down in Article 4.
The Network shall be composed of: (a) the PES as nominated by the Member States; (b) the Commission.
EMCO shall have an observer status.
Member States with subnational autonomous PES shall ensure their adequate representation in the specific initiatives of the Network. |
