Regulation (EU) 2021/2303 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2021 on the European Union Agency for Asylum and repealing Regulation (EU) No 439/2010 article 34 CELEX: 32021R2303 Cooperation with associated countries
1. The Agency shall be open to the participation of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. 2. The nature, extent and manner in which Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland are to participate in the Agency’s work shall be set out in relevant arrangements. Those arrangements shall include provisions relating to participation in initiatives undertaken by the Agency, financial contributions, participation in the meetings of the Management Board and staff. As regards staff, the arrangements shall comply with the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union (the ‘Staff Regulations’) and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the Union (the ‘Conditions of Employment’) laid down in Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 . |
