At the request of a Member State or on its own initiative the Commission shall adopt implementing acts in particular with one of the following aims: (a) to promote a common approach to the implementation of this Directive; (b) to encourage a coherence of approach between enforcement authorities and a harmonised interpretation of Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 between enforcement authorities; (c) to facilitate dialogue between the transport sector and enforcement authorities.
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 12(2) of this Directive. |
