Council Regulation (EEC) No 3443/87, of 19 October 1987, concerning the conclusion of an Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters on the amendment of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation on the application of the rules on Community transit and concerning the application in the Community of Decision No 1/87 of the EEC-Switzerland Joint Committee on Community transit amending the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation on the application of the rules on Community transit, and the Appendices thereto article 4 CELEX: 31987R3443 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
