This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 16 July 2022.
However: (a) Articles 4(3), 14, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 shall apply from 15 July 2019; and
(b) Articles 20 to 36 shall apply from 16 April 2020. |
