Council Regulation (EEC) No 2139/92 of 23 July 1992 on urgent action for the supply of agricultural products to the victims of the conflict in what was formerly Yugoslavia article 5 CELEX: 31992R2139 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
