In accordance with the applicable implementing measure, manufacturers shall ensure, in the form they deem appropriate, that consumers of products are provided with: (a) the requisite information on the role that they can play in the sustainable use of the product; and
(b) when required by the implementing measures, the ecological profile of the product and the benefits of ecodesign. |
