1. In the absence of procedural provisions in this Regulation, the procedural provisions applicable under national law to the corresponding basic patent shall apply to the certificate, unless the national law lays down special procedural provisions for certificates. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, the procedure for opposition to the granting of a certificate shall be excluded. |
