Council Regulation (EC) No 3036/94 of 8 December 1994 establishing economic outward processing arrangements applicable to certain textiles and clothing products reimported into the Community after working or processing in certain third countries article 12 CELEX: 01994R3036-20030605 1. The Commission shall be assisted by a committee, referred to as the ‘Committee on Economic Outward Processing Arrangements for Textiles’. 2. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC () shall apply.
The period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at one month. 3. The Committee shall adopt its Rules of Procedure. |
