Council Regulation (EC) No 3036/94 of 8 December 1994 establishing economic outward processing arrangements applicable to certain textiles and clothing products reimported into the Community after working or processing in certain third countries article 13 CELEX: 01994R3036-20030605 This Regulation shall not affect the reimportation into the Community of products after working or processing in third countries on the basis of prior authorizations issued before the entry into force of this Regulation.
Regulation (EEC) No 636/82 shall be repealed with effect from 31 December 1994. |
