EEC Council: Regulation No 11 concerning the abolition of discrimination in transport rates and conditions, in implementation of Article 79 (3) of the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community article 15 CELEX: 01960R0011-20080710 1. Without prejudice to measures taken under Article 79 (4) of the Treaty, the Commission and Member States shall ensure that all facts made known to them in pursuance of Articles 5, 11, 13 and 14 remain confidential. 2. Unless the Council unanimously decides otherwise, information so obtained may only be used for the implementation of this Regulation. |
