Council Regulation (EC, Euratom, ECSC) No 2689/95 of 17 November 1995 introducing special measures to terminate the service of temporary staff of the European Communities as a result of the accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden article 2 CELEX: 31995R2689 The number of temporary staff in respect of whom the measures referred to in Article 1 may be taken shall be thirty.
This number shall be spread over the following periods:
- 2 for the period from 1 July 1995 to 30 June 1996,
- 7 for the period from 1 July 1996 to 30 June 1997,
- 6 for the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998,
- 9 for the period from 1 July 1998 to 30 June 1999,
- 6 for the period from 1 July 1999 to 30 June 2000. |
