1. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 26, supplementing this Regulation by: (a) establishing a monitoring and evaluation framework based on the indicators as set out in Part I of the Annex; (b) laying down rules regarding the selection of cross-border projects in the field of renewable energy additional to those in Part IV of the Annex, and establishing and updating a list of selected cross–border projects in the field of renewable energy. 2. Subject to Article 172, second subparagraph, TFEU, the Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 26 of this Regulation: (a) to amend Part III of the Annex regarding the definition of the transport core network corridors and pre-identified sections on the comprehensive network; (b) to amend Part V of the Annex regarding the identification of digital connectivity projects of common interest. |
