EEC Council: Regulation No 11 concerning the abolition of discrimination in transport rates and conditions, in implementation of Article 79 (3) of the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community article 20 CELEX: 01960R0011-20080710 Before any decision is taken in pursuance of Articles 17 and 18, the undertaking concerned shall be notified of the measure proposed.
The Commission shall, by way of information, forward copies of decisions taken under Articles 17 and 18 to the Member States concerned. |
