Upon a request of an approval authority or a market surveillance authority, for a period of 10 years after the placing on the market of a vehicle and for a period of five years after the placing on the market of a system, component, separate technical unit, part or equipment, economic operators shall provide information on the following: (a) the identity of any economic operator that has supplied them with a vehicle, system, component, separate technical unit, part or equipment; (b) the identity of any economic operator to which they have supplied a vehicle, system, component, separate technical unit, part or equipment. |
