Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing a Community Code on Visas (Visa Code) article 58 CELEX: 02009R0810-20240628 Entry into force
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. It shall apply from 5 April 2010. 3. Article 52 and Article 53(1)(a) to (h) and (2) shall apply from 5 October 2009. 4. As far as the Schengen Consultation Network (Technical Specifications) is concerned, Article 56(2)(d) shall apply from the date referred to in Article 46 of the VIS Regulation. 5. Article 32(2) and (3), Article 34(6) and (7) and Article 35(7) shall apply from 5 April 2011. |
