1. The governing board shall be composed of at least two representatives of the Commission on behalf of the Union and of the number of representatives from each of the members of the joint undertaking other than the Union as set out in Part Two in relation to each joint undertaking. 2. Where, in accordance with Article 6(1), point (b), the members of the joint undertaking include participating states, one representative of each participating state shall be appointed to the governing board. |
