1. The Commission shall adopt implementing acts concerning: (a) the format and structure of the production and marketing plan referred to in Article 28; (b) the procedure and time-limits for the submission by producer organisations and the approval by Member States of the production and marketing plans referred to in Article 28. 2. The implementing acts referred to in paragraph 1 shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 43(2). |
