Council Regulation (EC) No 1009/2000 of 8 May 2000 concerning capital increases of the European Central Bank article 2 CELEX: 32000R1009 Final provision
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in the Member States in accordance with the Treaty establishing the European Community.
