1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 14 December 2019. However: (a) point 8 of Article 111 shall apply from 1 January 2017; (b) Article 100(3) and Article 101(4) shall apply from 1 January 2021. 2. The acts referred to in points (a), (c), (d) and (f) of Article 109(2) are repealed with effect from 1 January 2022. In the event of conflict between the provisions of those acts and the provisions of this Regulation, the provisions of this Regulation shall prevail. |
