1. The Commission may amend the Annexes in order to adapt them in light of scientific and technological developments.
Those measures, designed to amend non-essential elements of this Regulation, inter alia, by supplementing it, shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 28(4). 2. Other implementing measures necessary for the application of this Regulation shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 28(3), unless specifically provided otherwise. |
