Decision No 1351/2008/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 establishing a multiannual Community programme on protecting children using the Internet and other communication technologies (Text with EEA relevance) article 6 CELEX: 32008D1351 Financial provisions
1. The Programme shall cover a period of five years from 1 January 2009. 2. The financial envelope for the implementation of the Programme for the period from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2013 shall be EUR 55 000 000. 3. The annual appropriations for the period from 2009 to 2013 shall be authorised by the budgetary authority within the limits of the financial framework. 4. An indicative breakdown of expenditure is set out in Annex II. |
