This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 30 June 2024, the date by which the Member States are to bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with Directive (EU) 2023/959 of the European Parliament and of the Council () amending Directive 2003/87/EC as regards Chapter IVa of Directive 2003/87/EC. |
