Estimates of commitments and payments of the Investment Facility Before 1 September of each year, the EIB shall send, in accordance with the Internal Agreement, the Commission its estimates of commitments and payments, which are necessary for drawing up the statement referred to in Article 7(1) of the Internal Agreement, in respect of the operations of the Investment Facility, including those interest rate subsidies that it implements. The EIB shall send the Commission updated estimates of commitments and payments when deemed necessary. Modalities for those estimates shall be laid down in the management agreement referred to in Article 49(4) of this Regulation.
