EAEC Council: Regulation No 3 implementing Article 24 of the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community article 2 CELEX: 31958R0003(01) Contracts, transactions or agreements concerned with activities coming within the scope of the Treaty which are concluded, extended or renewed between a Member State and a natural or legal person after the entry into force of this Regulation shall not be relied upon as a ground for not complying with the provisions of this Regulation.
Security measures which derive from contractual obligations put into effect prior to this Regulation may, however, be applied instead of the provisions of the Regulation for the period specified in the contract concerned. |
