Details of documentary checks, identity checks and physical checks For the purposes of ensuring the uniform implementation of Articles 49, 50 and 51, the Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, lay down detailed rules on the operations to be carried out during and after the documentary checks, identity checks and physical checks referred to in those Articles to ensure the efficient performance of those official controls. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 145(2).
