Regulation (EEC) No 154/74 of the Council of 17 December 1973 on the protective measures provided in the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Lebanese Republic article 7 CELEX: 31974R0154 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
It shall apply from the entry into force of the Agreement and during the latter's subsistence.
However, Article 2 (2) and (3) shall apply only until 31 December 1974. Prior to that date, the Council, acting by a qualified majority, on a proposal of the Commission, shall decide upon any amendments to be made thereto.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
