1. Member States shall ensure that each non-Contracting Party vessel as referred to in Article 32 that enters their ports is inspected by their competent authorities in accordance with Article 27. 2. Vessels inspected pursuant to paragraph 1 shall not be allowed to land or tranship any fish species subject to CCAMLR conservation measures which it may be holding on board except where the vessel establishes that the fish were caught in compliance with such measures and the requirements under the Convention. |
