1. The members of the Global Health EDCTP3 Joint Undertaking other than the Union shall make or arrange for their constituent or affiliated entities to make a total contribution of at least EUR 439 878 000 over the period set out in Article 3. 2. The contributions referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall consist of contributions to the Global Health EDCTP3 Joint Undertaking as laid down in Article 11(1). By derogation from Article 11(1), those contributions may consist of financial contributions. |
