Trademark Fine Art ALI38120-C2232GG Fine Art, 22x32-Inch, Multicolor. This ready to hang, gallery-wrapped art piece features a bouquet of purple irises over a blue background. My watercolors and approach to painting are constantly evolving. I truly enjoy the beautiful way the pigments mingle and interact on the crisp white paper. Watercolor is my joy and passion and still has so much to teach me. I am a signature member of the Vermont Watercolor Society and have won several awards at various venues across the state. I participate in many yearly group and juried shows, some of which have included the Stratton Arts Festival, Envisioned in a Pastoral setting, Shelburne Farms, Art on the Mountain, Haystack, Reflections on Basin Harbor and Art in the Round Barn, Waitsfield. My favorite subject matter continues to be those ever colorful and varied flowers. They take well to the medium and allow me to stretch my palette to its fullest capacity. I strive to capture a bloomsï ½ ï ½essenceï ½, not its exact reproduction. I think the reason I enjoy painting all those blossoms, stems from my childhood in the Netherlands, driving by field after field of explosive color on my way to my grandmotherï ½s house. My paintings can be seen at various galleries across the state and recently I have had several of my images reproduced as limited edition Giclee prints. My watercolors are in private and corporate collections across the globe. Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. The result is wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting.

Trademark Fine Art Siberian Husky II Artwork by Dean Russo, 14 by 19-Inch. Art and animals. These two passions define Dean, a Brooklyn, New York-based artist who uses vibrant Pop Art colors and bold abstract patterns to give a voice to his favorite subject: animals. Dean grew up in a home filled with art supplies and from an early age began drawing cartoon characters, which became a great influence in his later work. After studying graphic design and fine arts at the School of Visual Arts and Pratt Institute, Dean began to paint primarily celebrity portraits, but his two Cocker Spaniels became his greatest inspiration. Dean's main subjects are dogs, with pit bulls representing the majority of his work. Dean hopes to convey the care and devotion of animal-lovers of every kind, from dogs and cats to horses and beyond. These posters got their start in the late 1800s when brands hired artists and illustrators to create their ads and announcements for various products such as chocolates, alcohol, soap, or cigarettes. This was the time when the development of mass printing emerged and this new technology allowed for low-cost reproductions with vibrant colors. These works on posters became more affordable than original art and grew in popularity. This new industry attracted many aspiring artists looking to generate revenue from their work. The commercial success of these posters began the trend of the vintage poster, which has continued into the 21st century. Edinburgh From The Calton Hill by David Roberts, 22x32-Inch Canvas Wall Art. This ready to hang, gallery-wrapped multi panel canvas art set features decorative tiles with Mayan designs. Most days, one would find Marion Rose putting on her favorite music or playing an old video before settling in to paint for the day in her spacious studio, especially once the winter chill set in. Her work is influenced by past masters such as Joaquin Sorolla, Tom Thomson, Carl Rungius, Bob Kuhn, and many others that work today in a variety of subjects and media. She also studied printmaking, life painting and drawing in college in her 30's. Her subjects come from her life of traveling enthusiastically as often as she could, both close to home or across the ocean. Sketching and studying animals were a favorite pastime, setting an excellent foundation for creating authentic work. Texture and richly colored paint applied generously by knife or brush strokes capture the essence of a subject's spirit and demeanor.
