This ring will prevent metal parts from the Garland making contact with electricity. Replace the light bulb. Cut the frame off the sheet with scissors. Attach the Garland with the clasp to the wire above the lampholder. Making sure no metal parts go inside the lampholder from the light to shape, by twisting the Garland around the light bulb and use the hooks to attach it to itself. It’s like making a flower arrangement. A larger effect can be created by using more Garlands and more light bulbs.
